Does the price change for an LLC, corporation or LLP?+
No. Each package is the same flat price whichever entity you form. You'll choose your entity type when you start your order, and if you're unsure, your attorney will confirm the right fit during review.
What is New York's publication requirement?+
New York LLCs and LLPs must publish notice of formation in two newspapers for six weeks within 120 days of forming. Skipping it can suspend your company's authority to do business. The Publication Package and Executive Package handle all of it: placing the notices and filing your Certificate of Publication.
What's in the Executive Package brand starter kit?+

What do I need to have ready?+
Your business name (plus a backup), the county where you'll operate, a mailing address, and each owner's name, address and ownership percentage. That's it.
What if my business name is taken?+
Your attorney checks availability during review. If your first choice isn't available, we use your backup name and let you know.
What if my situation is more complex?+
Multiple owners, investors, or a custom partnership agreement? Your attorney will flag it during the 24-hour review and talk it through with you. Any additional work is quoted up front at a discounted rate for package clients.
